At CAREFREE EATING we specialise in meeting the needs of those individuals who want to make changes in the following areas:

  • to stop yo-yo dieting
  • to lose weight
  • to feel satisfied with the way you look
  • to resolve emotional feelings in relation to food e.g. fear or guilt or cravings
  • to stop constantly being careful about the food you eat

At CAREFREE EATING we have devised an approach that allows you to explore yourself and your eating pattern in a safe and confidential environment. By increasing your awareness of eating in relationship to your emotions and behaviour patterns and by exploring the role eating plays in meeting your needs, then you can identify the change possibilities and develop new ways to meet your needs.

At the initial consultation we will explore your needs and health goals and devise a personal plan to achieve those goals. Everybody’s needs are unique, consequently we do not have a standardised approach, each plan and support programme is tailor-made to meet your requirements and budget.

We are based in Exeter, Devon and offer 50 minute consultations on a one to one basis during the day, evenings and weekends. We are currently devising an internet service for people who may find it difficult to come to Exeter; this package will provide you with a personalised weight loss programme, followed by regular support via email or telephone.
