What can Carefree Eating do for you?

At CAREFREE EATING we use a combination of counselling techniques and nutritional therapy, to help you to make long term changes so that you feel more relaxed around food, enjoy eating and feel healthy.

Everybody’s needs are unique and they depend on a whole range of factors including what you were born with, the effect of your current environment, and the balance between work and personal life. We will determine how your current diet, medical conditions and lifestyle contribute to your health; explore your personal needs and health goals; and design a personal eating plan that will help you to achieve greater health and vitality.

CAREFREE EATING is not about restricted eating, it is about choosing an eating pattern that is healthy and meets your individual needs. This is an opportunity, if you want it to be, for you to freely explore issues that affect your eating behaviour in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

We are based in Exeter, Devon and offer 50 minute consultations on a one to one basis during the day, evening and weekends. We are also happy to provide telephone consultations and email support.
